Shipping & Returns


During the End of Season Sale (2018) orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order due. Please note that we live in a rural location and we schedule the road trip to the post office at least 2-3 times per week so same day shipping is not always possible. If you do require urgent shipping please contact us at info {at} and I can advise what is possible. We ship using Australia Post with tracking and/or other reputable courier companies where delivery is quoted as being between 2 to 10 days.  

All parcels sent within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $9.50 or FREE SHIPPING for orders over $250.  International orders are charged a flat rate of $55 (New Zealand $38).  Please note that your destination may have taxes and/or duties for goods shipped to you.  These charges are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or returned by Oh  Best to contact your local postal service if you have any queries on additional charges into your country. is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of

We can accept any Oh Mabel returns for exchange or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and all items are unused and with their original packaging.  We want to help you get to know your sheets and to make sure the colour and pattern and feel of the fabric is right for you. Pop the sheets on the bed and get a sense of the fit, feel and colour. Just don't sleep on them or wash them if you think you would like to return them within the 14 day period.

An exchange or refund will be for the value of the original order. Please note that we are unable to refund your shipping costs for change of mind returns however any exchange that is sent out will not incur additional shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of

For workmanship or material faults

We want you to be sleeping comfortably for years to come and so we offer a 12 month warranty for all our products, alongside your Australian consumer law. This warranty covers any workmanship or material faults and does not cover unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you just change your mind.
